Key Competence
- Engineering and fabrication of heavy wall Duplex vessels designed in accordance to both ASME VIII Division 2 and EN 13445, including Fracture Mechanics Analysis.
- Engineering and fabrication of subsea process vessels, including Helium Leak Test and Hyperbaric Test.
- Experience with highly corrosion resistant materials such as 22Cr and 25Cr Duplex, 304 and 316L, 6Mo, Alloy 625, Alloy 825, Alloy 904 and Titanium alloys.
- Experience with high-strength, low-alloy and fine-grained steels such as P500, P460, P420 and P355/S355 grades.
- Delivery of pressure vessels with complex high-tech process internals, both welded and bolted.
- Engineering and fabrication of subsea structures.
- Delivery and installation of internal floating roofs, for example for methanol storage tanks.
- On-site modifications and repair of damaged pressure vessels, including detailed engineering, planning, NDE, pressure test and surface treatment.
